God's top three regarding money: 1. Trust 2. Live wisely 3. Give generously

How to move from Anxious to secure with money

1. Gain a proper perspective of what is truly important and learn contentment.

2. Look at the birds - God feeds them, he will feed you.

3. Don't waste your health or worry.

4. Trust in the promises of God. (Matthew 6:33)

5. Draw near to God and ask Him for what you need. (Phil 4:19)

  

 

 

 


 

Church Dinner 

 

The Church Dinner will be November 11th following the morning worship service.  The committee will be serving a traditional Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings.  Everyone is WELCOME!

 


 

Getting To Know You Breakfast

 

The Getting To Know You Breakfast is Tuesday, November 13th at the Airport Steak House at 8:00 AM.  Our Guest : Captain Mirsa McCluer, Salvation Army.  Everyone is WELCOME!

Dear Countryside Friends,  Thank you for all the thoughts and prayers after my fall.  Special thank you to the Kyker family and the Moss family who cared for my dog Rusty.  Thanks to Julie Magyar for her help.  What a wonderful church family.  Love, Marilyn Minks

 


 

Mitten Tree Christmas Project

 

The Missions Committee will have a Mitten tree in the foyer for collecting children's socks, mittens/gloves, hats and scarfs.  The item will need to be given by December 9th. The Salvation Army is responsible for giving out the donations to needy children in the community.  Contact is Sharon Breneman.  

 

 


 

World Mission Offering

 

The World Mission offering collected during the month of October was $442.00. Thank you for your offerings.

 


 

Wednesday Night Choir Practice 6:00 PM

Wednesday Night Prayer Meeting 7:00 PM 

 


 

Salt Hawk Community Support

 

Now that school is in session for the students at USD 308 and we want to reach the students through Communities That Care.  A list of needs is on the table in the foyer and for your donations.  You are encouraged to sign up for training to work with the students.  Contact is Julie Magyar

 


 

Women's Bible Study

 

The Women's Bible Study will be meeting Wednesday at 9:30 AM in the church parlor.

 

 


 

Disciples of Wisdom Youth Group

            

Disciples of Wisdom Youth will be meeting Wednesday at 6:30 PM at the church.  Questions: contact Adam at 316-727-1893
